Reality Salon & Spa

Regardless of how many years a *New* service provider has been licensed, most (not Massage Therapists or Estheticians) start at Associates level when they start with Reality Salon & Spa. It is our way of providing quality control. Our goal is for our service providers to be consistent in their work and this system helps us obtain the consistency. So don't be afraid to book an appointment with the New guy...They may have been licensed for many years, but are being supervised by a Master while they get acquainted with Reality's way of doing things. The Associates Program has a 40 week duration. After the 40 weeks, they move to level 1 and so on. With each level, they are given goals. Once those goals are met three months in a row, they move to the next level, which increases their commission rate (pay) and their prices go up accordingly.

There are 7 Levels to our Hair Program:
Level 1	Junior Stylist
Level 2	Junior Stylist
Level 3	Senior Stylist
Level 4	Senior Stylist
Level 4a*	Master Stylist
Level 4aa**	Master Stylist

There are 3 Levels to the Esthetics & Massage program:
Level 1	Junior Esthetician or Junior Massage Therapist
Level 2	Senior Esthetician or Senior Massage Therapist
Level 3	Master Esthetician or Master Massage Therapist

There are 6 Levels to the Nail Program:
Level 1	Junior Nail Technician
Level 2	Senior Nail Technician
Level 3	Senior Nail Technician
